BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to pay an invoice in the amount
of$19,200.89 to Preco Machinery Sales, Inc. for a final drive assembly for unit 5100, a 1990
Kobelco excavator.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14-Y- day
