RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, City Council approved Resolution No. 94-240 on September 13, 1994
authorizing the City Manager to file a grant application and execute a grant agreement with
the Federal Transit Administration; and,
WHEREAS, the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is requesting that Resolution
No. 94-240 be modified to omit the term 'operation" from the resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Resolution No. 94-240 is hereby repealed; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
file a grant application and execute a grant agreement with the Federal Transit
Administration (FTA) to partially fund the Beaumont Municipal Transit from October 1,
1994 through September 30, 1995 (FY 1995).
