WHEREAS, on October 3, 1994, one bid was received for the purchase of one track
loader for the Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $116,071; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Mustang Tractor
and Equipment Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company for the purchase of
one Caterpillar Model 953B track loader for the Water Utilities Department in the amount
of $116,071 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1994.
