RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, on September 28, 1993, City Council awarded a contract for
Rehabilitation Loeb Water Well No 1 to ALSAY INC. in the amount of $33,097.00; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 and Final is to adjust the contract amount for
installing top special column pipe, and replace motor bearings which were not included in
the original contract in the amount of $3,877.50; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1,
as stated above, with ALSAY INC. The project as stated above be and the same is herein
accepted and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to make final payment in the
amount of $36,974.50.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
