WHEREAS, construction of water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements constructed in Willow Creek Country Club Estates,Phase II,Section IXB was
found to be complete by the Engineering Division and the Water Utilities Department as
follows:
Street and Storm Sewer Improvements:
• Colonial Drive from existing Colonial Drive approximately 338 feet south to
and including the temporary cul-de-sac with 3 type OM-4P markers.
• Bay Hill Circle from Colonial Drive approximately 221 feet east to and
including the cul-de-sac.
Water and Sanitary Improvements:
• Lots 7-9, Block 1
• Lots 1-8, Block 4
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have these
improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS,the director of Public Works recommends that said improvements
meet city standards and qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City
Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the
City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements in Willow Creek
Country Club Estates, Phase II, Section IXB as described above, are hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City.
