BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a deed to Peter W.
Maida conveying a 0.198 acre tract of land out of Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 1 of Calder
Highlands Addition for $21,562.00.
