BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) year
contract with Employers National Risk Management Services, Inc. to provide loss control
services for the City of Beaumont.
