WHEREAS, on September 19, 1994,bids were received for the manufacture of four
New Distributor Arms for the Primary Trickling Filter North, at the Sewage Treatment
Plant; and,
WHEREAS, BGI Enterprise Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $43,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by BGI Enterprise
Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by BGI Enterprise Inc. for the manufacture of four New
Distributor Arms for the Primary Trickling Filter North, at the Sewage Treatment Plant in
the amount of $43,000 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the jk!�-day of
