WHEREAS, on September 19, 1994,bids were received for the purchase of three (3)
paratransit vans for the Beaumont Municipal Transit System; and,
WHEREAS, Texas Bus Sales, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $162,825; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Texas Bus Sales,
Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Texas Bus Sales, Inc. for three (3) paratransit vans for the
Beaumont Municipal Transit System in the amount of$162,825 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the - day of
1994.
