WHEREAS, on Tuesday,September 6, 1994, sealed bids were received for an annual
contract for water treatment chemicals that are utilized by the Water Utilities Department,
Water Production Division; and,
WHEREAS, the low bidders meeting specifications are as follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the above low
bidders should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the above low bidders for an annual contract for water
treatment chemicals that are utilized by the Water Utilities Department, Water Production
Division in the above stated amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
