BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of an upgrade to the disk units and
disk controllers for the AS/400 computer system at City Hall in the amount of$86,556 from
International Business Machines Corporation. This purchase is exempt from competitive
bidding because it is available from only one source. Funds for the purchase are available
in the 1995 Capital Reserve Fund.
