BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to amend the current contract with
Memorial Health Network, Inc. D/B/A Memorial HealthNet to provide dental claims
administration for the City's firefighters and civilian employees.
