WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of right-of-
way for Farm to Market Highway 364 (Major Drive) from Dishman Road north to
State Highway 105;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for right-of-way for Farm to Market
Highway 364 (Major Drive) from Dishman Road north to State Highway 105 be, and
the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 167-C: 0.343 acre of land out of the H. Williams Survey, Abstract 56
2200 North Major Drive
Owner: Nichols Development Company
Appraised Value: $5,145.00 (Partial Taking)
Less Improvements: .00
Total Compensation: $5,145.00
