WHEREAS, Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word has tendered a twenty
(20') foot wide general utility easement out of Lots 11 through 16, Block 30 of the Jarrett
Addition, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said tract of land tendered by Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word be and the
same is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of l _, 1994.
