BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a deed to Patrick Henry
Phelan and Michael Arthur Phelan, Trustees conveying a 0.2583 acre tract of land, being a
portion of lots 1 through 6, Block 37 of the Jarrett Addition for $22,503.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1994.
