RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the
Salvation Army, Inc.for delivery of Emergency Shelter Services and the City Council hereby
accepts the Homeless Shelter Task Force Report.
