BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following individuals will be signatories for any institution the City
Council has already designated or may designate as a depository for the City of
Beaumont for banking, investments and facsimile purposes effective September 13,
1994:

The following individuals will be signatories for requesting electronic fund (wire)
transfers of any and all City funds on deposit with First Interstate Bank of Texas,
