BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one year contract
with Habitat for Humanity to provide funding assistance for the operating costs required to
construct up to four homes in the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood in the amount of$25,000.
Funds for this project are included in the 1994 Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Program.
