BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one year contract
with J.S. Edwards for Gulf insurance Company to provide excess workers' compensation
insurance for the City's self-insured workers' compensation program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the (zle-, day
