BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT THAT:
THAT James D. McNicholas and Theodore Johns be and they are hereby appointed
Interim Pro Tern City Magistrates of the City of Beaumont at a compensation of $200 for
the first session and$100 for any subsequent sessions each week. Arraignments, if any, shall
be compensated at the rate of $40 per session.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 'zsl day
of 1994.
