WHEREAS, on Monday, August 29, 1994, bids were received for tennis court
resurfacing at the Beaumont Municipal Athletic Complex located at 6400 College; and,
WHEREAS, Courts-N-Stuff submitted a bid in the amount of $22,415; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Courts-N-Stuff
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Courts-N-Stuff for tennis court resurfacing at the Beaumont
Municipal Athletic Complex located at 6400 College in the amount of$22,415 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
