BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a three (3) year
contract with a two (2) year renewal clause with Dillard's Ticketing System for a
computerized ticketing and distribution system for the Convention Facilities Division,
Community Services Department.
