BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the payment of Utility Adjustment U1-2479 from
Wi1Tel, Inc. in the amount of$42,144.42. The City will be reimbursed 100% from the Texas
Department of Transportation as part of the agreement between the City and the State for
Spur 380.
