WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of right-of-way for
Farm to Market Highway 364 (Major Drive) from Dishman Road north to State Highway
105;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for right-of-way for Farm to Market Highway 364
(Major Drive) from Dishman Road north to State Highway 105 be, and the same is hereby,
approved:
Parcel 168 A and C: 7.234 acres of land out of the H. Williams Survey, Abstract 56, and
out of the W. B. Dyches Survey, Abstract 17
Owner: AMOCO Production Company
Appraised Value: $61,489.00 (Partial Taking)
Less Improvements: .00
Total Compensation: $617489.00
