WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of right-of-way for
Farm to Market Highway 364 (Major Drive) from Dishman Road north to State Highway
105;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for right-of-way for Farm to Market Highway 364
(Major Drive) from Dishman Road north to State Highway 105 be, and the same is hereby,
approved:
Parcel 167A: 0.434 acre tract of land being out of a 3.077 acre tract located in the
H. Williams Survey, Abstract 56, Beaumont, 2350 North Major Drive
Owner: Pine Island Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses
Appraised Value: $7,053.00 (Partial Taking)
Less Improvements: .00
Total Compensation: $7,053.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1994.
