WHEREAS, on Monday,August 1, 1994, bids were received for the purchase of split
system units for the R. C. Miller Library; and,
WHEREAS, Tom-Cat-Tooter submitted a bid in the amount of $19,049; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Tom-Cat-Tooter
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Tom-Cat-Tooter for the purchase of split system units for the
R. C. Miller Library in the amount of $19,049 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
