BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT THAT:
THAT G. R. "Lupe"Flores be appointed and elected as Chief Magistrate of the City
of Beaumont for a term of two (2) years commencing on the date of this Resolution.
Compensation shall be at the rate of$300 for the first session, $200 for the second session
and $100 for each successive session thereafter each week with a maximum weekly
compensation of $800.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the ! ' day
of 1994.
