WHEREAS, on Monday, August 2, 1994, bids were received for the construction of
restroom facilities at Central Park; and,
WHEREAS, E. T. Construction & Maintenance submitted a bid in the amount of
$90,274.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by E. T.
Construction & Maintenance should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by E. T. Construction & Maintenance for the construction of
restroom facilities at Central Park in the amount of $90,274.00 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the/&day of
1994.
