RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, on Monday, August 8, 1994, sealed bids were received an annual
contract to provide cement stabilized base for the Streets and Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $14.25 per
ton; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bo-Mac
Contractors, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. for an annual contract to provide
cement stabilized base for the Streets and Drainage Division in the amount of $14.25 per
ton be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1994.
