WHEREAS, on Monday, August 8, 1994, bids were received for the purchase of an
annual supply of green bar and white continuous form computer paper; and,
WHEREAS, Moore Business Forms submitted a bid for green bar computer paper
at $7.78 per thousand sheets and white continuous feed computer paper at $5.40 per
thousand sheets; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Moore Business
Forms should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moore Business Forms for green bar computer paper at $7.78
per thousand sheets and white continuous feed computer paper at$5.40 per thousand sheets
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
