BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a lease agreement
with St. John Lutheran Church of Beaumont for the property located at 647 West Lucas
Drive for $400.00 per month.
