WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to West Lucas Drive from Phelan Boulevard to Delaware Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels for improvements to West Lucas Drive from
Phelan Boulevard to Delaware Street be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 12: 0.039 acres out of Lot 17, Block 1, and
Lot 1, Block 2, Calder Highlands Addition
711 West Lucas Drive
Owner: Mrs. Lera Bess Smith
Appraised Value: $5,000.00
Less Improvements Retained 0.00
Total $5,000.00
