WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to West Lucas Drive from Phelan Boulevard to Delaware Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels for improvements to West Lucas Drive from
Phelan Boulevard to Delaware Street be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 2: Lot 15, Block 1, Broadway Place Addition
Owner: Mr. and Mrs. Jewel A. Hymel
Appraised Value: $377000.00
Less Improvements Retained 0.00
Total $37,000.00
