BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby accepts a contribution of $250,000 as "In Lieu of Taxes"
payment for 1994 from Beaumont Methanol Corporation and authorizes the City Manager
to commence negotiations to formalize industrial contracts effective next fiscal year.
