BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the Houston-
Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase of
additional mobile data terminals (MDT's)in the amount of$22,370.12 from Auto Theft Task
Force grant funds.
