WHEREAS, on Monday, June 20, 1994, bids were received for an upgrade of the
fueling system at Fleet Management; and,
WHEREAS, Dean Pump, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $17,860.21; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Dean Pump,
Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Dean Pump, Inc. for an upgrade of the fueling system at Fleet
Management in the amount of $17,860.21 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
