WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to West Lucas Drive from Phelan Boulevard to Delaware Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels for improvements to West Lucas Drive from
Phelan Boulevard to Delaware Street be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 13: The North 25 feet of Lot 3, All of Lots 4 and 5, Block 2,
Calder Highlands Addition
811 West Lucas Drive
Owner: Richard Carey, III
Appraised Value: $590.00
Less Improvements Retained 0.00
Total $590.00
