WHEREAS, two bids were received for forty-five (45) cubic yard trailers to be used
by the Solid Waste Management Department for residential trash collection; and,
WHEREAS, Truck Body of Beaumont, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$63,956
for two forty-five (45) cubic yard trailers; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Truck Body of
Beaumont, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Truck Body of Beaumont, Inc. for two forty-five (45) cubic yard
trailers to be used by the Solid Waste Management Department for residential trash
collection in the amount of $63,956 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
