BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to make Community Development
Block Grant program amendments amounting to $352,000 which are as follows:
1. Homeless Shelter (contract with private non-profit organization) $ 659000
2. Salvation Army 551000
3. YWCA 371515
4. Jefferson County Council on Drug Abuse 509000
5. Samuel's House 341000
6. Land Manor, Inc. 25,000
7. Police Activities League 25,000
8. Beaumont Boxing Club 16,000
9. Project Self Help 10,730
10. Programs for Human Services 41500
11. Stewart's Half-Way House, Inc. 3,000
12. Heart of the City 1,255
13. Program for Human Services - Senior Aid Program 25,000
Total CDBG Program Amendments $ 352,000
