C7 WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for improvements to West Lucas Drive from Phelan Boulevard to Delaware Street; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the purchase of the following parcels for improvements to West Lucas Drive from Phelan Boulevard to Delaware Street be and the same is hereby approved: Parcel 9: Lots 8 thru 13, Block 1, Calder Highlands Addition 647 West Lucas Drive Owner: Freedom Fellowship Baptist Church Appraised Value: $128,000.00 Less Improvements Retained 21.00 Total $1271979.00 (Whole Taking) Parcel 11: Part of Lot 16 and the North 25 feet of Lot 15, Block 1, Calder Highlands Addition 695 West Lucas Drive Owner: Concetta F.
