WHEREAS, on Monday, June 20, 1994, bids were received for the construction of
Halbouty Park; and,
WHEREAS, G & G Enterprises submitted a bid in the amount of $190,900; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by G & G
Enterprises should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by G& G Enterprises for the construction of Halbouty Park in the
amount of$190,900 be accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be and he
is hereby authorized to execute a contract with G & G Enterprises in the amount of
$190,900 for such project.
