WHEREAS, on Monday, June 6, 1994, sealed bids were received for a metal roofing
system for Fire Headquarters; and,
WHEREAS, Cleveco submitted a bid in the amount of $27,260; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cleveco should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cleveco for a metal roofing system for Fire Headquarters in the
amount of $27,260 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the, day of
1994.
