WHEREAS, on Monday, June 20, 1994, sealed bids were received an annual contract
for solid waste disposal collection for twenty-nine (29) City facilities; and,
WHEREAS, Browning-Ferris, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $3,579.29 per
month; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Browning-Ferris,
Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Browning-Ferris, Inc. for an annual contract for solid waste
disposal collection for twenty-nine (29) City facilities in the amount of$3,579.29 per month
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
