RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, on January 25, 1994, City Council awarded a Contract II, Water Service
Line Replacement in the South Park Area to A-1 Guarantee Plumbing in the amount of
$31,035.50; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 and Final is being requested to increase the
contract amount by $7,757.70 for installing additional house service lines which were not
included in the original contract increasing the contract amount to $38,793.20; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 and
Final, as stated above,with A-1 Guarantee Plumbing and make final payment in the amount
of $9,309.87.
