WHEREAS, on Tuesday,May 31, 1994, sealed bids were received an annual contract
to furnish plumbing services for all City facilities; and,
WHEREAS, Premium Plumbing submitted a bid in the following amounts:
Rate/Hour - Plumber $ 35.00
Rate/Hour - Helper $ 8.00
Minimum Service Call $ 15.00
Percent added to Material Cost 25%
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Premium
Plumbing should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Premium Plumbing for an annual contract to furnish plumbing
services for all City facilities in the above stated amounts be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
