WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to West Lucas Drive from Phelan Boulevard to Delaware Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to West Lucas Drive from
Phelan Boulevard to Delaware Street be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 3: Lot 10, Block 2, Broadway Place Addition
410 29th Street
Owner: Mr. and Mrs. Patrick A. Wallace
Appraised Value: $90,000.00
Less Improvements Retained 5.00
Total $89,995.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1994.
