WHEREAS, one bid was received for retrofitting above cab hydraulic steering units
to two existing trucks for the Solid Waste Management Department; and,
WHEREAS, Utility Truck& Equipment Company submitted a bid in the amount of
$11,800 each; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Utility Truck
& Equipment Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Utility Truck & Equipment for retrofitting above cab hydraulic
steering to two existing trucks for the Solid Waste Management Department in the amount
of $11,800 each be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the. day of
1994.
