WHEREAS, on Monday, May 23, 1994, bids were received for an annual contract
to purchase polyethylene pipe for the Streets and Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Advanced Drainage Systems submitted a bid in the following amounts:

12" Split couplings $ 2.56/ea
15" Split couplings $ 3.21/ea
18" Split couplings $ 4.56/ea
24" Split couplings $ 6.79/ea
36" Split couplings $ 17.05/ea
12" Tees $ 80.00/ea
15" Tees $ 93.00/ea
18" Tees $ 120.00/ea
24" Tees $ 168.00/ea
36" Tees —7$ 320.00/ea
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Advanced
Drainage Systems should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Advanced Drainage Systems for an annual contract to purchase
polyethylene pipe for the Streets and Drainage Division in the above stated amounts be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
