WHEREAS, Lula Langham Potter and James C. Potter, Jr. have donated a 0.0437
acre tract out of the Charles Williams League, Abstract No. 57 as described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto for the Dowlen Road right-of-way; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and is of
the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept the donation of Lula
Langham Potter and James C. Potter, Jr. of a 0.0437 acre tract out of the Charles Williams
League, Abstract No. 57 as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the Dowlen Road
right-of-way.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
