WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to the Liberty-Laurel Corridor from Eleventh Street to Phelan Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for improvements to the Liberty-Laurel Corridor
from Eleventh Street to Phelan Boulevard be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 110: 0.0577 acre tract of land being out of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5,
Block 40, of Jarrett Addition (277 and 275 18th Street)
Owner: Don Streety Enterprises, Inc.
Appraised Value: $105,536.00 (Partial Taking)
Less Improvements: 400.00
Total Compensation: $105,136.00
